Free Download – Birthday Guessing Game
Put together your own Guessing Game for your little ones next birthday party, but let us do all the work (because we know you already have a lot to worry about).
All you need to do it download the file and print it out. Each player will attach a card to their forehead (we used a hand band and a paper clip, but you could also use a piece of Scotch Tape). Each player has to guess what’s on their forehead by asking yes and no questions to the other players. The kids can guess as many cards as they can before the time runs out. Don’t be surprised if they ask to play this game over and over again!
Happy guessing!

Star Wars Themed Birthday
Wanna make a little boy a VERY HAPPY LITTLE BOY??? Throw him a Star Wars party and he’ll be over the moon with excitement. One of our Petite Lemon moms shared some photos from the Star Wars themed party she threw for her birthday boy.
If you are going to spend your time on one thing for a party, spend time on making it fun for the kids and ignore everything else (trust me, you’ll thank us).
Create your own light sabers using Fun Noodles and duct tape and let the kids start dueling. They’ll probably never stop, but they’ll have a blast and that’s all that matters.
A FUN Birthday Wish
This little sour puss sent his grandpa an extra special birthday wish John Wayne style – pow, pow, pow!
Send your own loved one an extra special birthday wish. Create a sign with a birthday wish, take a photo with your kids, then post it on the birthday recipients social media accounts. They’ll love it and so will all their friends.
First Birthday Invites
First birthdays are BIG milestones but they don’t have to be a big stress. With lots of styles to choose from, Petite Lemon can make sending the birthday invites a breeze. Check out the entire collection here. Shutterfly will print them and send them right to your doorstep.
A Last Minute Tea Party Birthday Idea
An easy way to make your little ones day special, is to do something they already love. Little girls love tea parties, which makes it a perfect way to celebrate a special day.
If you want to take the simple route grab the essentials such as a tea set, a picnic blanket or a table and chairs, and don’t forget a delicious treat. If you aren’t inviting a lot of friends, bring stuffed animals and dolls along to join in the celebration.
Take it one step further by adding decorations such as a birthday banner or pennant and flowers, but you won’t need much.
1/2 Hour Easy Summer DIY Tent Project
It’s so much fun to have the little ones home during the summer. Their drive for adventure is inspiring (and oh so tiring)!!! Here’s a fun and easy DIY project (and when I say easy, I really mean easy) to help keep their imaginative minds thriving. This project can be made in about a 1/2 hour with supplies you probably already have at home.
Supplies Needed:
- One sheet (you can even use an old one that you have lying around)
- Rope
- Ribbon
- Tent stakes
- Sewing machine and sewing accessories
Step 1: Sew a piece of ribbon to each corner of the street (just make sure there is enough to tie a bow).
Step 2: Tie a piece of rope to two trees and drape sheet over the rope.
Step 3: Determine where the tent stakes need to go in the ground (depending on where the corners of the sheet fall on the ground), and put them in the ground.
Step 4: Tie the ribbon on each corner of the sheet to the tent stake.
Step 5: Add some pillows, blankets, books, and anything else your kids love into the tent.
