At PETITE LEMON, we are committed to bringing fresh, modern design and decor to you and your little ones through our gorgeous and ever growing collection of personalized growth charts, photo posters and alphabet posters. We custom craft every décor order with premium luxurious papers, eco friendly archival inks, chic design and add in a sprinkling of fun! Every order is personalized to your little ones’ individual tastes and personalities.
In 2008, we teamed up with Shutterfly.com to create the exclusive Fresh Lemonade collection of personalized baby announcements, custom invitations and unique holiday cards.

Our signature photo and poster papers are premium quality and heavyweight. Our canvas is luxurious 100% cotton and ultra thick. Every order is personalized with your little ones’ name(s) and professional designers perfect every custom design. We spend countless hours refining each design and every one is digitally printed with environmentally friendly inks on state of the art presses for unmatched color and quality. What are your décor products printed on?
All PETITE LEMON personalized décor products are printed on premium heavyweight poster or photo papers or on luxurious, thick pure cotton canvas. Every order is created by a professional designer and is custom printed with state of the art printing methods to produce beautiful, long lasting colors and superior finishes.
What are your cards and stationery printed on?
Currently, our exclusive Fresh Lemonade collection of cards and stationery are printed in Northern California via our partner, Shutterfly.com, who digitally prints our designs on high quality, 110 pound matte cardstock. Shutterfly.com prints, ships and handles all customer service for all card and stationery orders. Should you have a custom card design or stationery request, please contact us directly at contact@petitelemon.com.
What is Signature Poster Paper?
Signature Poster Paper is a premium, heavyweight matte finish poster paper.
What is Signature Photo Paper?
Signature Photo Paper is a premium heavyweight poster photo paper that has a light gloss finish that enhances the vibrancy and color of photos.
What is Removable Poster Sticker?
Removable Poster Sticker is a self-adhesive poster paper that is easy to apply, reposition and remove. Just peel and stick on any clean, smooth or lightly textured surface. Freshly painted or cleaned walls should be completely dry (allow three weeks) before applying.
What are Canvas Growth Charts?
We’ve scoured the world to find our thick, matte finish canvas. This premium pure cotton canvas is printed with the highest quality eco friendly archival inks to create richly colored, long lasting growth chart keepsakes. Canvas growth charts feature aluminum corner grommets. To mark or write on your growth chart, a fine-tip permanent marker is recommended.
What is Gallery Mounted Canvas?
Gallery Mounted Canvas is a thick pure cotton canvas print that is gallery wrapped on a 1.5” sustainable pine wood frame. Canvas prints are printed using the highest quality eco friendly inks known for their high ink density and rich colors. Gallery wrapped indicates that the canvas print extends around the side of the canvas, which is precision-folded and attached to the back of the frame.
What If My Desired Personalization Exceeds The Character Max?
For personalized name text, consider using first names only, full names, middle names, favorite nicknames and more! Should you have a special request, contact us at contact@petitelemon.com. We will do our very best to accommodate special requests.
Will I Receive A Proof Before My Photo Poster Is Printed?
Yes! Please upload your desired photo and then continue to check out to place your order. Within 48 hours, a professional designer will design your custom photo poster and email you a proof of your design to approve before printing.

How Do I Hang My Growth Chart?
Hang growth charts with push pins or ribbon (not included). Hang bottom of growth chart 24” or 2 feet above floor.
What Do I Use to Write On My Growth Chart?
Mark your child’s height and age with a fine point, permanent marker.
How Do I Care For My Canvas Growth Chart?
To clean, wipe with a soft dry cloth and if canvas wrinkles, iron on backside at a low temperature. Avoid long periods of direct exposure to sunlight.
How Do I Hang My Poster Sticker?
Before applying the Poster Sticker, please wipe surface with a damp cloth to remove dust and allow surface to dry completely. For freshly painted walls, please allow three weeks for complete drying. Carefully peel the Poster Sticker off the backing paper and stick onto the surface. Gently rub over the surface of the sticker with soft cloth or with the back of your hand from the centre outwards, pushing out any air bubbles. To remove the stickers just carefully lift a corner and slowly peel off. Hang onto the backing paper as it can be used to store your Poster Sticker.

What payment methods do you take?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Gift Cards. Credit Card payments made online are protected securely by SSL technology and secure. This is the quickest and easiest form of payment and avoids any delays on your order. If you would like to enquire about other payment methods please contact us at contact@petitelemon.com.
Is Sales Tax charged?
We are required to collect sales tax on items delivered to California (9.5%).
Ordering Confirmations
You will receive two email confirmations from us after ordering. One will confirm reception of your order. The other will notify you when your order has shipped.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at contact@petitelemon.com. Past 24 hours of order placement, we are unable to cancel or refund your order as it is already in process.
6. returns and cancellation
PETITE LEMON is fully committed to providing high quality products and to garnering your satisfaction and delight. If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason within our control, please contact us within 30 days to initiate an exchange authorization. If an error is made by PETITE LEMON, please accept our sincere apology and we will reprint and replace your order at no additional cost to you. We ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging to us so that we can quickly process your exchange. Authorization must be attained prior to exchanges.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unfortunately unable to allow returns based on customer input errors (e.g. typos, photo choice, blurry photos, insufficient photo resolution). Please be sure to carefully review the personalized text and photos you input during the ordering process. For photo posters, please carefully review the final proof before approving your order for print. While we are unable to refund your original payment, we are happy to assist you with an expedited reorder. Please do not hesitate to contact us at contact@petitelemon.com.

7. shipping & delivery
PETITE LEMON Prints personalized products are custom made to order by a team of professional designers. When calculating time to receive your order, please include 5-7 business days of processing and production time in addition to shipping time.
PETITE LEMON offers standard shipping to arrive in 5-7 business days to destinations within the continental U.S.A. Delivery times are calculated based on a Northern California Bay Area shipping origin. For an additional charge, expedited rush delivery is available via FedEx and can be selected at check out. When placing an order, please take into account shipping delays, such as holiday, weekend, and weather-related. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation. For international delivery, please contact us and we will discuss with you our terms and conditions of shipment to your particular international destination.

For your security, orders on our site are encrypted with SSL technology. Your information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered, to our server only. PETITE LEMON Prints is a secure site and all credit cards are processed by a secure bank encryption payment gateway. Once you place an order with PETITE LEMON, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the order number and shipping address.
Any personal details which PETITE LEMON Prints receives from you as a result of an inquiry or order are kept secure. We do not keep credit card details and we do not share your information with anyone. Ever.
